FAQ

Do you also offer complete bikes?

No we do not. Assembling a bike is half the joy of buying a new bike. Build it yourself or get to know your local bikeshop a bit better.

How do I chose the right size for my new ride?

The best way is to either call us, email us or get a bike-fit with someone you know.

What warranty do I get?

The frame and fork warranty for our products is 2 years from date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects only. Please remember to keep your sales receipt.

What’s your maximum disc rotor size?

Maximum rotor size for the Mist and Cumulus is 180mm.

Maximum rotor size for the Stratus (frame and fork): 160mm

Can i try one?

We do have a few sizes available for a test ride. Or i can hook you up with one of the precious buyers to test their bike. Other than that means buying it without seeying it. Send us an email and we will try to work something our for you.

Are the frames made in the EU?

Our frames are handbuilt and painted in Taiwan. Taiwan is a fabrication hotspot for bicycles where most quality bikeparts originate. 

Can I get your frames in a different color?

No and Yes! To keep the framesets affordable we've chosen to have the bikes painted in Taiwan. We stock only one color per model per batch. If you want to go full custom, see the next item;

Is it possible to repaint the frame or fork?

It is. Send us an email and we will hook you up with a trusted paintshop. This way you will not void your warranty.

What is the weight limit?

In general with steel bikes; it depends on how you ride it. We would say a combined weight of 130kg is a safe range.

Can I collect my purchase directly at you, so I can discuss a few built options?
